Dock Failure / Failed to Dock
Mower cannot find or reach charging station.
Solution
Clean IR Panels
Both mower and charging station have IR panels for docking alignment.
- Locate ir-panel on mower (front)
- Locate IR panel on charging-station (front face)
- Clean both with soft dry cloth
- Remove any debris blocking panels

Other Checks
- Ensure charging station hasn’t been moved
- Check nothing is blocking path to dock
- Verify charging-station is on flat ground
