Upload Logs

Upload diagnostic logs for investigation.

When to Request

  • Issue cannot be resolved with standard troubleshooting
  • Intermittent problems
  • Before escalating in Freshdesk

Steps

  1. Open Mammotion app

  2. Go to Settings

    • Tap gear icon
  3. Find Upload Logs / Diagnostics

    • Location varies by app version
  4. Upload

    • Wait for upload to complete
    • Note any reference number provided

After Upload

Include in Freshdesk ticket:

  • Customer name/email
  • Mower serial number
  • Time of upload
  • Description of issue

Note

Logs help identify:

  • Firmware bugs
  • Hardware issues
  • Error patterns
  • GPS/RTK problems
