When to Request
- Issue cannot be resolved with standard troubleshooting
- Intermittent problems
- Before escalating in Freshdesk
Steps

Open Mammotion app

Go to Settings
- Tap gear icon

Find Upload Logs / Diagnostics
- Location varies by app version

Upload
- Wait for upload to complete
- Note any reference number provided
After Upload
Include in Freshdesk ticket:
- Customer name/email
- Mower serial number
- Time of upload
- Description of issue
Note
Logs help identify:
- Firmware bugs
- Hardware issues
- Error patterns
- GPS/RTK problems
