Hard Reboot

The universal first troubleshooting step. Resets mower’s internal state.

When to Use

Steps

  1. Remove from dock

    • Lift mower off charging station
  2. Turn off mower

    • Press and hold power button until off
  3. Remove security key

    • Locate orange security-key (usually rear of mower)
    • Remove it completely
  4. Wait 30 minutes

    • This allows capacitors to fully discharge
    • Don’t skip this step!
  5. Reinstall and restart

    • Reinsert security key
    • Turn mower back on
    • Place on dock
