Hard Reboot
The universal first troubleshooting step. Resets mower’s internal state.
When to Use
- battery-drops-suddenly
- outside-task-area
- General erratic behavior
- After firmware issues
Steps

Remove from dock
- Lift mower off charging station

Turn off mower
- Press and hold power button until off

Remove security key
- Locate orange security-key (usually rear of mower)
- Remove it completely

Wait 30 minutes
- This allows capacitors to fully discharge
- Don’t skip this step!

Reinstall and restart
- Reinsert security key
- Turn mower back on
- Place on dock
After Reboot
- Mower should recalibrate
- May need heading-calibration
- Test normal operation
