Orange key that enables mower operation. Also called “safety key.”
Function
- Theft deterrent — Mower inoperable without key
- Safety lockout — Remove before maintenance
- Hard reboot — Remove for 30 minutes to reset
Location
Rear of mower — orange colored.
Important
Keep Spare Safe
Two keys included in box. Store spare in secure location — mower is completely inoperable without a key.
Hard Reboot Use
Removing the security key for 30 minutes performs a full power reset:
- Remove mower from dock
- Turn off mower
- Remove orange security key
- Wait 30 minutes (allows capacitors to discharge)
- Reinsert key
- Turn on mower
