Prerequisites
- RTK station installed with clear sky view
- Mower fully assembled (security-key inserted)
- Mower on charging-station
- App connected via Bluetooth
Step-by-Step Procedure
- Open App → Tap mower → Select Map icon — 0:15
- Create Area → Tap Create → Select Area — 0:23
- Position Mower → Use joystick-controls to drive to lawn edge
- Start Mapping → Tap “Start mapping a task area”
- Drive Perimeter → Follow boundary slowly — 0:41
- Close Loop → Return to exact starting point (red dot)
- Save → Tap Save when area highlights green
Tips
Bluetooth Range
Stay within 1.5 metres of mower while mapping to prevent connection drops.
Path Correction
Reverse the mower to erase incorrectly mapped segments — 0:51
Precision
Use pinch-to-zoom on map for accurate edge following.
Warnings
Safety Buffer
Leave buffer zone near hazards like water features or steep drops.
RTK Signal
Ensure rtk-antenna is not under trees or near tall walls.
Modifying Existing Areas
- Tap Edit → Select area → Three dots → Modify — 1:16
- Position mower on existing perimeter
- Drive new path
- Must finish on original perimeter for changes to save
