Create a path connecting separate mowing areas. Mower travels through channels without cutting.

When to Use
- Connect front and back lawns
- Cross driveways or paths
- Navigate around house
- Access separate garden areas
Prerequisites
- At least one task area already mapped
- Mower positioned on perimeter of existing area
Step-by-Step Procedure
- Open App → Tap mower → Select Map icon (bottom right)
- Access Tools → Tap Create button
- Select Channel → Choose Channel — 0:32
- Position Mower → Must be on boundary of existing task area
- Start Mapping → Tap Start mapping a channel — 0:40
- Drive Path → Use joystick-controls to destination — 0:42
- Complete → When “Channel mapping is completed” appears, tap Save
Tips
No Mowing
Mower will NOT engage blades while traveling through a channel.
Width
Channels should be at least 1 metre wide for reliable navigation.
Warnings
Starting Point
Must start mapping while mower is on boundary of existing task area.
Line of Sight
Maintain clear line of sight to mower for safety during mapping.
Common Issues
If mower reports false-obstacle-detection in channels:
- Add NoStop Zone over the channel area
