A

AWD (All-Wheel Drive) All four wheels powered independently via hub-motors. Handles slopes up to 80%.

B

Bluetooth Range Stay within 1.5 metres of mower during mapping operations to prevent connection drops.

C

Channel Mapped path connecting separate mowing areas. Mower travels through without cutting. See create-channel.

Cutting Disc Rotating disc that holds the cutting blades. Luba models have dual discs with 6 blades each.

F

FPV Mode First-Person View mode using mower’s camera.

G

Gasket Rubber seal around motor shaft that keeps internals watertight. Must be properly seated when reassembling cutting guards.

H

Hall Sensor Magnetic sensor detecting motor position. Used in wheel and cutting motors. Failure causes hall-sensor-error.

Hard Reboot Full power reset by removing security-key for 30 minutes. See hard-reboot.

Hub Motor Motor built into each wheel. Enables true AWD traction. See hub-motors.

I

IR Panel Infrared sensor panel for dock alignment. Located on mower front and charging-station face. See ir-panel.

N

No-Go Zone Mapped area where mower will not enter. See create-nogo-zone.

NoStop Zone Area where mower ignores obstacle detection. Use with caution — mower won’t stop for obstacles. See create-nostop-zone.

O

Omni Wheels Specialized front wheels allowing 360-degree movement without damaging grass. See omni-wheels.

R

RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) Satellite positioning system providing centimetre accuracy. Uses base station (rtk-antenna) and mower receiver.

Rain Sensor Contact sensors on top of mower that detect rain and trigger return to dock. See rain-sensors.

S

Safety Key / Security Key Orange key required for mower operation. Removing for 30 minutes performs hard reboot. See security-key.

T

Task Area Mapped region to be mowed. See create-task-area.

U

Ultrasonic Sensor Sound-based sensors on front of mower for obstacle detection. See ultrasonic-sensors.

V

Vision Camera 3D camera for obstacle detection and navigation. Can navigate up to 50m without GPS signal. See vision-camera.

Z

Zero-Point Turn Turning in place (pivot turn). Enables tighter turns but can damage wet grass.
