Diagnosis Questions

Does it charge at all?

No, doesn’t start charging:

  1. Check charging-pins move freely and extend fully
  2. Ensure charging-station is on flat ground (front wheels not sitting lower)
  3. Try gently bending back of charging station towards mower while holding in place
    • If charging starts → replacement station needed
    • If not → unit needs repair

Yes, but stops at certain percentage: → New power-supply will be sent
