Quick Checks (30 seconds)

• Is mower properly seated on dock?
• Are charging station LEDs on?
• Is power supply plugged in?

Diagnosis Questions

Does it charge at all?

No, doesn’t start charging:

1. Check charging-pins move freely and extend fully
2. Ensure charging-station is on flat ground (front wheels not sitting lower)
3. Try gently bending back of charging station towards mower while holding in place
   • If charging starts → replacement station needed
   • If not → unit needs repair

Yes, but stops at certain percentage: → New power-supply will be sent

Common Causes

• charging-pins — Pins stuck or not extending
• charging-station — Not level, front wheels lower than back
• power-supply — Faulty adapter
• ir-panel — Dirty IR panels preventing proper docking
